Services

Three ways to work together.

Every engagement starts the same way: a free audit, with nothing to lose. Where it goes after that depends on what your cloud actually needs.

01 · Free

Cost Audit

A read-only review of your AWS or Azure billing against real usage. You get a ranked list of savings opportunities with estimated monthly impact — whether or not you ever work with me again.

$0 · ~5–7 business days

02 · Gainshare

Implementation

We execute the roadmap: right-sizing, instance scheduling, storage lifecycle policies, commitment purchases (RI/SP), and tag governance — each change tracked against your pre-engagement baseline.

% of verified savings · no fee until confirmed

03 · Retainer

FinOps-as-a-Service

Ongoing monthly governance once the big fixes are in place: anomaly detection, monthly cost reviews, new-service cost review before launch, and a standing Cloud Center of Excellence framework.

Fixed monthly retainer

The gainshare model, in plain numbers

A worked example.

worked-example.log
Baseline monthly AWS spend$40,000
Verified savings identified$9,000 / mo
Gainshare fee (22%)$1,980 / mo
Your net savings$7,020 / mo

The fee is calculated only on the delta between your documented baseline and your new, lower spend — never on your total cloud bill. If a saving doesn't hold for the agreed measurement period, it doesn't get invoiced.

Baseline, measurement window, and fee percentage are agreed in writing before any changes are made to your environment. Typical terms run 20–25% of verified savings for the first 12 months, after which you keep 100% going forward.

Read-only audit access Written baseline before any change No long-term lock-in
